These Terms of Website Use (“Website Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BeMyLink website, including all pages, landing pages, forms, product descriptions, screenshots, demo visuals, legal pages, downloadable materials, and related online content (the “Website”).

2. Website Only — Separate App Terms

These Website Terms apply only to the Website. Use of the BeMyLink mobile application is governed separately by the BeMyLink App Terms of Use and BeMyLink App Privacy Policy, which are available within the App and/or through the Website footer.

3. Operator and Pre-Incorporation Notice

BeMyLink is currently operated as a pre-incorporation technology project. We intend to incorporate a parent entity in the State of Delaware, USA, and may operate through an Israeli subsidiary or related Israeli entity. BeMyLink makes no representation regarding the timeline for incorporation and is not obligated to complete incorporation by any particular date.

Until incorporation is complete, references to “BeMyLink,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to the pre-incorporation operation. Upon incorporation, rights and obligations under these Website Terms may be transferred or assigned to the incorporated entity or related entities to the extent permitted by law.

4. Nature of the Website

The Website is informational and commercial in nature. It may describe BeMyLink products, app concepts, website-owner tools, planned integrations, demo content, screenshots, business concepts, early-access opportunities, and future product direction.

The Website does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, business, technical, medical, or professional advice. You should not rely on Website content as a substitute for professional advice.

9. AI, Link Reconstruction, and Product Accuracy

The Website may describe BeMyLink features involving OCR, image analysis, artificial intelligence, categorization, source detection, and link reconstruction. AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or incorrect.

This governing law clause does not limit or override mandatory rights available to you under applicable law in your jurisdiction, including rights under California privacy law, Canadian privacy law, Israeli privacy law, or other mandatory consumer protection laws.
